Positive Decided to stay for extra night. Office staff were very helpful in getting me another room for a very good price as it was a busy wkend in Melb and everything was hugely expensive too book. Helpful staff with mother and her pram helping take up and diwn stairs

Positive Very central to everything in the city. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was all that you needed and kept well clean. I saw cleaners on site afew times while I was there. Overall I'd stay there again for the value of money and the location.
