Positive The communication was absolutely excellent. The were friendly and informative and made checking in and out a breeze. The room was very quiet (as requested) and we had a stunning view from all rooms and balconies looking out over the river and all the way out to the sea.

Positive 2 bedroom apartment, incredible views. Corner apartment had 2 balconies. Staff make sure all information is communicated. Staff were accomodating when I thought I might not make it in time for check in.
