    Positive The house was very spacious with amazing views of the stunning garden from huge windows. There is a large and fully equipped kitchen, a very comfortable bedroom and all other facilities one might possibly need. The estate is a little further out from Flinders than might be expected, accessed by 5 kilometres of dirt road, but once you arrive the surroundings

Mature garden and growing orchard /nut trees, berries, great opp to find out about natural/sustainable smallholding farming. Many birds. Near vineyards, glassblowing workshop, restaurants as well as sheltered and drama
