Positive Great location in the heart of Toronto. Fantastic interior of rooms and very functional amenities. Restaurant was brilliant for breakfast and dinner. D-bar is also a great place for a dinner or drink. In front of the hotel there is a nice small garden, which was pretty decorated for Christmas. The personal is professional and very kind! Positive I believe that all hospitality industries should treat each guest as if they're all an A-list celebrity. If you don't, it means you don't treat each guest fairly. I felt like an A-lister whilst staying at the Four Seasons. They treated me superbly well. I could not be more grateful for their hospitality and kindness.
