Positive Clean, friendly and helpful staff, comfy bed, good pillows, good tv. Really impressed with this hotel, I'll be staying every time have company training in Richmond. Location is only okay, but it's Richmond, what do you expect? Shout out to Kevin, front desk manager for his help figuring out my invoice
