Most of all liked hospitality of staff in the hotel, we had the issue with tv and nonetheless it was already 11 pm lady from reception tried and found the solution to fix the problem and proposed us to change the room for our comfort, so very grateful for this. Room was clean and location was perfect for our purposes, close to ledra.
