Positive The location right next to the central train station is very convenient if traveling by air or by rail. In the immediate area are museums, Tivoli Gardens and restaurants and shopping of ll kinds. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good.

Positive A glitch with the booking was overcome with minimal effort and professionalism, really appreciated that. Room was lovely and quiet even though facing busy street. The history and design of the building is fascinating and charming. Lifts can be slow (need to provide a staff lift as that was often a cause for delays). Handy to railway station and a short walk

Positive Perfect location next to central station. If you do not live in a city it may be too noisy for you as you can hear the trains but I live in a big city near trains so it didn’t bother me. Staff was great, breakfast was awesome. Would’ve liked housekeeping to come a little more often as we had to ask for more towels and toilet paper.
