    Positive The owner was very accommodating when we showed up a day early. She also helped us understand the washing machine and dryer and loaned us a drying rack for some laundry we didn’t want heated in the dryer.

    Positive When I booked I immediately got a message explaining the check in procedure. The check in was smooth and seamless and Paulina and Thomas were very responsive when we needed help even at night at 10pm we couldn't figure out how to use the inductor and Thomas came round to help us out. The unit itself is very cozy and modern and has been recently renovated so
