Positive Frances was a lovely host (we just spoke on the phone). Booked last minute and arrived late as I needed to stop and stay someplace overnight, as travel distance was too far on motorway. The room was very comfortable, kettle, water, and tea was available in room, which was perfect for a quick rest stop for the night before a early morning start. Room was pret
