Positive Nicola, the receptionist, was efficient, pleasant, and very helpful. She helped us get our tickets for the caves north of Kilkenny. The breakfasts were very good, and the service was pleasant and helpful.

Positive The room was big and beautiful with a view of the gardens. The breakfast was exceptional! We loved that the windows in our room opened and we could hear the birds chirping. We loved the location and the ease of walking to the shops and restaurants.
