Positive The breakfast was truly outstanding - a buffet with every imaginable option. All to a very high standard. The staff were friendly and took the time to hear what it was we were looking for.

Positive We received an upgrade in rooms at check in. Every staff was friendly and helpful to any questions we had. We did not have a car but they had a shuttle service to and from the front desk, restaurant we were going to, and to the train station. Would recommend if you want a getaway in the wilderness in Yamanashi.

Positive So actually the cottage we were in smelled like kerosene and it was making me sick so they moved us and it was incredible we had a very cute cottage. It had parking and the staff was so kind and attentive. My Japanese isn't the best but they worked with us and I appreciate the effort the staff went to make our stay comfortable. It's pretty close to the mount
