    Positive The staff were exceptional—incredibly responsive, kind, and genuinely invested in making our stay great. They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, making traveling with family much smoother. The location made everything easy, whether it was getting around Tokyo or finding great food nearby.

    Positive The host is very responsive and we successfully had a early check-in which helps a lot. We planned to check out very early, they even provided us with breakfast one day before, that's really nice. When checking out, the staff also helped to carry our luagges to the taxi. We feel warmly welcomed and we fully enjoy the stay.
