Positive I am very pleased with my stay at B/C. The hotel is mostly unmanned - the check in process and other requests are almost entirely done online so we didn't get the chance to meet many staff. Positive We loved how clean our room was and how comfortable the beds were. The hotel provides EVERYTHING you need. The only odd part was our dishwashing detergent was empty in our room. I'm sure we coulc've asked for some but didn't bother. The thing we liked most was the washing machine/dryer. It came in very handy. GREAT AMENTIES. Staff responds pretty fast by ema
