Positive Great service, helpful staff, Adit and general manager Ishikawa both were excellent. Very tasty food with many different flavors, Onsen bath, especially the outdoor bath have great views and vibes

Positive Shuttles to and from Asahikawa, Biei station, and Blue Pond were extremely great value. Strategic location walkable to Shirahige waterfall. Staff were very kind and accommodating. Great variety for meals. As an Indonesian speaker it was also great to meet Indonesian staff.
