    Positive 位置蛮好的，北大附近，地铁站也很近。札幌站也是步行可能的范围内的。 房间在6楼，窗户比较多，天气好的上午会觉得光线很好。 床有点不舒服，睡醒之后会觉得腰痛。 这层只有一户，所以不用担心隔壁的噪音，或者你自己的噪音影响别人，蛮好的。 清洁度还可以再加强一些，指南中写着不能“土足”但是又没有拖鞋，觉得有点矛盾。 这个建筑比较老，所以房间内部有很大异味，特别在意这个的还是不要定，我个人无所谓。 设施那边有标注，不过还是再次提醒这里没有Wi-Fi没有Wi-Fi没有Wi-Fi，所以来工作的人要考虑清楚。我是连着自己手机热点干了一周的工作。 整体还是不错的
