    Positive Wonderful location. Nice, residential neighborhood, but close to Skytree with all its amenities and transit options. Plenty of space for a family or large group. It was also helpful to have a clothes washer and furnished kitchen. The rooftop deck was amazing in December, and would be even better on summer nights.
