    Positive The hotel is easily accessible from the train station. The rooms had storage space for suitcases and clothes. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The hotel was very clean.

    Positive This hotel is a block away from Kashiwa station. The air conditioning can make the room go to about 67 degrees which is amazing when it is more than 95+degrees outside. Also the windows can open a little, so we could create a breeze inside the room for fresh air. There is an overhead shower in the bathtub, so we were able to take both bath and shower. It is

    Positive Very very clean rooms. Staff is awesome. Highly knowledgeable, helpful, respectful and goes way out of their way to make sure our stay was awesome. Bed is super clean and comforter is fluffy warm. Loved that there's a HEPA air purifier in every room.
