Positive I like that it is just a few steps away from the train station, Shin Koiwa. This train station has a direct link to Narita although this is just the regular (not express) trains, nonetheless still very convenient. There are four nearby supermarkets, Summit is right across (beside Lawson), Seiyu (open 24/7) is just a few meters away, then there's Queen's Iset

Positive We had 2 rooms here - both were great. Clean tidy rooms, laundry facilities were good. super close to the train station, 2 min walk. Staff very friendly and helpful, definitely recommend a stay here.

Positive I like that the room i booked has kitchenette and its own fridge and oven.The place was very clean, very peaceful and it has so many supermarkets around and the station is just behind so it is very accessible going and back to narita airport, ueno and other places. I was able to save money because we were able to cook food, there was an okazuya おかずやさんand it
