Positive The food, amenities. Most staff were nice and freindly, especially the female concierge. But the daylight staff are great and the food was very good. Bed is comfortable. The bathroom is excellent... good business hotel like space. The noise is null. Cant hear anything from your neighbor rooms.

Positive The best hotel ever if you are accidentally stuck in Japan because your flight got canceled. They have washing machines on 2 floors and micro on 2 floors and that's super convenient, also the size of the room is bigger than average in Japan
