Positive Great location with friendly staff. Room is a good size with a massage chair! Clean and tidy and right next to the shops and restaurants.

Positive The bathtub was nice. Breakfast had many options. The room had a big beautiful window, but unfortunately from the third floor it had a view of the blank wall of the building right next to it. We would have had a nice view of the Himeji Castle if only a floor or 2 higher.

Positive The location is great! Staff were very welcoming, helpful & friendly. Close to train station, shopping, restaurants & the Castle! Loved my stay here! Room spacious with great bath & shower! Extra basic amenities available in the lobby.
