    Positive דירה שמתאימה למי שרוצה לשהות ליד אחד מבתי החבד של טוקיו שנמצא במרחק של חמש דקות הליכה מהדירה. הדירה עצמה מותאמת למי ששומר שבת, מפתח רגיל, אפשרות לנתק את השירותים מהחשמל. הדירה במרחק של 6-7 דק' הליכה מתחנת הרכבת השכונתית. הדירה מצויידת כמו שצריך במטבחון מלאי מגבות וכו'...
