Positive The hot spring bath was good. Free ice cream bars outside the bath were a nice touch. Room was relatively spacious for a Japanese hotel at the price.

Positive The Dormy Inn is a great hotel. My family booked two western-style rooms that were next to each other. Their rooms are large, especially by Japanese standards. My wife stayed at another hotel a few days later in Mito, and thought she was sleeping in a coffin. Their onsen was excellent and I suggest any westerner should try it. Positive Love the facilities and extras that Dormy Inn provides in most of their hotels. Enjoyed the onsen and free popsicles, free probiotic drinks. We used the laundry machines which were efficient. The buffet breakfast was very good with selection of Japanese and western. This time we didn't have the late night free ramen which is also delicious.
