    Positive Clean room with modern minimalist design. Ample amenities like slippers, robes, shoe dryer, toiletries, refrigerator, coffee/tea, water. Comfortable bed. Luxurious bed and bath linen. There was also free coffee, tea, miso soup at the lobby.

    Positive Many compliments to Osanai-san. Osanai-san was extremely helpful during my recent visit to the Fairfield . Specifically, I needed assistance in developing a plan (with my bike) to return back to Tokyo, more specifically, to ensure I arrived in time to make my Shinkansen reservation. Osanai-san was so very helpful. Please know I greatly appreciate her support
