Positive The location was ideal for skiing since it the ski areas were 20-60 mins drive. And another bonus was the staffs were able to communicate in English.

Positive The staff were amazing. When booking we didn't realize just how far out of the way it was. But upon leaving they drove us what would have taken over an hour to walk to the bus stop to get to where we needed to go. Thanks again for everything and I hope to visit again someday

Positive Clean, well run, friendly team.. Stunningly beautiful location surrounded by hills, trees and lake. Onsen was. Well looked after and also had a great sauna. Autumn colours were amazing. Beautiful viewpoint nearby.
