    Positive It was very clean, very spacious (for up to 4 people) and very meaningfully furnished. Has everything you need to feel comfortable including a clean sink, good ventilation, clean and modern toilets, a huge TV. Location is an obvious plus being right next to Hase Station. Host was also very responsive (not more than 2 minutes waiting time).
