Positive Overall, the property and staff were great. The room was as pictured and was clean. The location is great - quiet and not a busy area but plenty of food options nearby. Tsukiji Outer Market and Ginza shopping areas were a short 15-20 minute walk away.

Positive The room was great, and the staff were invaluable. We needed a hospital during our stay, and the international hospital is a 20-minute walk away. Instead, we spoke to the front desk, who showed us a hospital just a few minutes' walk away. However, that hospital did not speak any English. We used a translation app and everything was fine!
