Positive The location was only a 15 min walk to most of the places you want to see in Otaru. The rooms are quite small but the common area is spacious and gives you an opportunity to visit with other guests. It's connected to a bath house which is a great way to wind down after a winter day spent wandering the city.

Positive Super sweet owner (doesn't speak English but she's so nice) and charged a good price considering I was there during the snow festivals. Location is good, Otaru's not a big place so it's easy to walk to the canal area.
