    Positive This was a very nice stay! Simple room, yet we had all we needed. The staff was very kind to hold our bags arriving before check in and after check out. We also loved the bike rental and took advantage!

    Positive Location was perfect for our group to visit the sands for sunrise and sunset. The area around the guesthouse is full of pine trees with really great smell of a pine forest. We enjoyed the peace especially the silence. One of us lost our bag (due to carelessness) in the facility and the staff were very helpful in finding it.

    Positive The staff went above and beyond for us! We ran into some issues driving to Tottori and had to check in much later than was allowed but they waited for us and we could not have been more thankful after the drive that we had had. We went just to see the snow on the sand dunes and loved how accessible the sand dune park was to the guesthouse. We went during off
