Positive The hotel was centrally located near the sightseeing areas and only around a 5-7 minute walk from the JR station. There are also convenience stores close by and the city-wide tram is within a 3-5 minute walk from the entrance. The staff was kind enough to upgrade our room for our stay and we were extremely gracious to them! The breakfast buffet is also great

Positive This hotel was amazing for the price, and generally lovely. We had a very comfortable stay, including a lovely onsen on the top floor. Breakfast was exceptionally good, with a huge range to choose from. The location of this hotel is excellent, very close to train station, sightseeing and markets. We found fun places to visit and good food options close by.
