    Positive Great location, close to the lift and bus terminal as well as food trucks and restaurants. Hotel was exactly as advertised, no surprises. While it’s a bit dated it was exactly as advertised and would say it was great value for the price especially compared to others! They even offer free rentals with your stay, we didn’t use it as we brought our own gear but

    Positive Breakfast was average but adequate mainly peanut butter jelly sandwiches,other continental foods. Relaxed friendly atmosphere. Restaurant was clean and good views. Staff were very attentive. They have a great pizza restaurant which is hidden gem in Hakuba!!

    Positive I stayed for just one night, but the experience was fantastic. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. After a rainy hike, I was soaked, and they kindly let me use the washing and drying machines to take care of my wet clothes.
