    Positive - The staff were incredibly kind and helpful - The resort had many amenities like an indoor and outdoor onsen, scavenger hunt and a restaurant/bar + springs to drink from -The rooms were massive, with huge tubs, multiple levels, cozy robes and lots of additional features! -This was by far THE BEST place we stayed in all of Japan! We would highly recommend

    Positive Wonderful stay in the villa. The space was great with a cozy aesthetic as a break away from the city. Staff was very kind and the morning view of Fuji was delightful accompanying breakfast. In room jacuzzi was very relaxing after a delightful dinner cooking experience.
