Positive The hotel staff was exceptional from the time we checked in until we left. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. There was such a warm feeling from the staff and the hotel. Also appreciated the clerks for helping to send out luggage to our next hotel.

Positive The hotel staff was fantastic. They were accommodating and so helpful when we needed help translating. The shuttle service to the Disney train line was very convenient, so we could plan our day at Disney to maximize it. The amenities were very useful as well.
