Positive Beautifully appointed, thoughtful touches everywhere and phenomenal service. We loved the location in a quiet neighborhood but within a 20-30 minute walk of Kanazawa’s main sites of interest. Ryoko, the manager of the hotel was so warm and extremely helpful. We had excellent breakfasts in the cafe and everyone on staff was super nice.

Positive Everything was perfect! The property was quiet and very comfortable. The coffee shop and breakfast were exceptional and the pastries and coffee divine. Our host Ryoko was amazing! She took care of all of our needs. Fantastic service.
