Positive That it was an art and design focussed boutique hotel. The waterfront location, the cleanliness, the good Buffet breakfast, plus the extra little amenities were nice.

Positive The artwork in the common spaces was wonderful, as was the cafe and boutique shop in the lobby. The hotel is located right next to the ferry terminal, which made it extremely convenient for getting the first ferry of the day to the Kerema Islands. The room was clean and cozy.
