    Positive The train station is located right under the hotel and there is lots of shopping & food in the building. The housekeeping staff come by everyday to take trash out, clean the room with new sheets, and provide new towels as well. All the staff were wonderful and the beds were super comfy.

    Positive For Japanese standards the room was lovely and large and almost comparable to North American Hotels. Great beds, multifunction toilets and excellent breakfast. Staff very helpful in arranging luggage transfer.

    Positive We changed our plans suddenly and went to Yokohama, so just picked a hotel at the train station. This hotel is fantastic and staff were lovely.
