    Positive This property is clean. It has a restaurant on the first floor, which is a plus to me. It also has a small entertainment area on the top 7th floor with a pool table and a terrace where people can smoke.

    Positive Great atmosphere, very nice helpfull staff. Helped us with past cancelation due to canceled flight! Even though they didn't have to. Good location, about 10 min walk to shibuya station, quiet. Barhroom is small but efficiently designed, good shower.
