Positive There was a mixup with the room configuration when we checked in. The manager resolved it in a few hours and we were relocated to a different room and floor. A very kind & understanding gentleman. The daily breakfast had many options and was delicious. We looked forward to our daily soak in the hotel onsen each day after walking for hours through Nagasaki. I

Positive I really liked this hotel. The staff at check-in was very friendly and fluent in English, and checkout was easy. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The location is great, right around the corner from Dejima. There are tram stops nearby, but I noticed the trams fill up quick, so recommend using the buses. You can catch a bus to anywhere
