Positive Amazing service, friendly and helpful staff that were happy to answer any questions. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Very family friendly and it was so convenient to have the onsen right on location. Because we have tattoos we couldn’t use the public onsen but that was not a problem because they have private and family onsen
