    Positive Everything was great. Comfortable stay. Japanese style dinner and breakfast (Kaiseki) was delicious. Great strong coffee in the morning was also great especially since I'm a coffee drinker. Also many varieties of tea to choose from for those who prefer tea. Great view of the mountains once the dense morning fog lifted. Recommended for those who want to have

    Positive The hotel is clean and quiet, and the staff are exceptional - the gentleman at the reception who is also driving the shuttle van was very patient with us and made our stay very pleasant. He took very good care of us and made sure we had a taxi picking us up whenever we needed it, explained what we were eating at breakfast, and how to do it properly.
