Positive The hotel was like I remembered 40 years ago. I love the mountain scenery, the outdoor onsen as well as the great meals. I loved the nice and quiet location. Great stay!

Positive I love the Deer Dance performance thank you so much! The hotel was warm and cozy, everybody was so sweet! The food was delicious, amazingly scrumptious all you can eat!

Positive Very comfortable, with great facilities and many options for Onsens (Koyokan one was the best in my opinion). The dinner and breakfast buffets have a very large selection of delicious foods. Free shuttle services were also great.
