Positive The hotel offers a convenient free shuttle service to and from Karuizawa Station between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, which is a quick 7–10 minute drive. The rooms are consistently clean and spacious, and the staffs are friendly and welcoming.

Positive Hotel Marroad Kariuzawa was very comfortable and tranquil. The hospitality was as usual for a Japanese hotel: outstanding. Japanese breakfast was excellent. The location was also said excellent. A short walk to the train station and to the busy/touristy streets. It was nice to be a little ways from the bussle! I really enjoyed my stay

Positive 家族でスキーに行きました。駅、スキー場に近く送迎をして頂けてとても助かりました。また、スキーレンタル店がホテルに出張開設されているので、借りるときも、返却の際もスキー場でのレンタル大行列に並ばずに済み、大変快適でした。ホテルの方の対応もとても親切丁寧で良かったです。
