Positive Great location - near to the shopping malls (YouMe, Tokiwa and Don Qujote), Beppu Tower and Beppu Kitahama Bus Stop. I only stayed here for one night after 3-nights at Daiiti Hotel. They gave me a nice Japanese style room (403) with the sea front view, which I highly appreciated. There's a public onsen on the L6, which I also enjoyed and was not crowded at a

Positive Facility is a short walk towards the beach from Beppu Station. Breakfast was ample and sufficient. Lar room had tatami floors and make-your-own futon bed, seating area facing the marina and sea. Recommended restaurants and bars close by.
