Positive The staff is really nice person! they help us a lot when we get off the bus at a wrong station (middle of nowhere) Without them we would have to go back to Nagano😭 The Onsen is great and the room is clean and warm, and the lounge is really cozy and beautiful. Definitely recommending this hotel!

Positive The exceptional breakfasts served to us in a private room. The helpful manager and staff. The delightful onsen. The fact that it was off season and quiet. We had on site parking and easy access to the snow monkey park and mountains resorts.
