    Positive The staff was amazing and the food was delicious. They have a free shuttle to and from the gondola at Tsugaike which was a huge bonus. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and we will be back.

    Positive Great comfortable stay in Japanese rooms - authentic Japanese meals for dinner! Lovely host family who were extremely helpful, great quiet location and a easy walk into town - we will be back!
