Positive We had two room for my grandmother, uncle and myself and everything was perfect, staff is attentive and polite. Location was close to station, 5min walk. Wheelchair accessible.

Positive Great hotel within walking distance of Kinshicho station and a direct bus to Haneda Airport. The rooms were spacious with a reasonable price. The staff were very helpful with holding bags when I came in early.

Positive Nice, not so big, but it include everything, staff are nice to help, the room is super clean w/o smoke, and can get the free breakfast,included breads, soup, coffee and tea ,the only concern is the location environment is surround by gambling/pub/bar, otherwise it is really nice
