    Positive The customer service was amazing when it came to arrival, stay & departure. With us staying for a few days, the front desk had backup amenities of toiletries and coffee supplies. Great walking distance to the Edoden line to get into Kamakura and beating near local restaurants. We even walked the beach to Enoshima Island.
