The host was incredibly kind and allowed me to deliver our luggage which he picked up himself and personally delivered, even though this is more of a rental apartment not a hotel with front desk services.     Positive We had a great time at the Nishiike Apartment The apartment was spacious (with quite a big wardrobe and plenty of cupboards in the hall, bathroom and kitchen), comfortable, clean and equipped with basic amenities.
