    Positive I loved the feeling of local life, village life, humble and quaint. It’s right in the heart of the Kii region only about 15 min from Koyasan in a car. Don’t try to bike from Koyasan unless you’re fully prepared to cycle uphill the entire way. It’s a cute little property but the highlight was the owner. She is so nice and helpful!     Positive Great location along the road (if u drive) from Shingu to Koya san. Great stay for the night if u want to acces Koyasan early in the morning or even see sea of cloud (tho we couldn't see it that day.) However getting there was a bit of a challenge since you definitely need a car for the climb. The roads are super narrow in some spots, and they have only one
