Positive The hotel and rooms are modern (lobby a bit dark) and clean. Staff polite Hotel is close to the Shinjuku station, and close to area with mix of businesses - restaurants, coffee, ice-cream and waffle dessert and Taiyaki shops There is a Lawson right next to the hotel, although we have loved the 7-11 stores more
