    Positive It’s a very arty place with painting everywhere and instruments that you can play. They offer free tasty tea. I needed to change my travel dates, so the very nice staff was able to accommodate my wishes without any extra charges. The location is quite cool: close to Shinsekai area.     Positive This is my second stay at Cocoroom. I would describe it as a community center on the main floor with guest rooms above. If you want to meet local people as well as interact with other travelers, the public areas and shared meals are a great experience. The area can look a little rough on the outside, but I never felt unsafe as a single female traveler.
